The Villa and Location

A large and inviting villa with a private pool, ideally situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac between the Praca and the Tennis Centre, so ideal for sporty types too. Spacious, airy and with beautifully proportioned rooms, there's plenty of space for larger families or perhaps even two families sharing without feeling cramped. It has air conditioning, a music system that pipes music to all the rooms of the villa - even the terrace, a useful games room as well as satellite TV and WiFi to keep everyone entertained. Within an easy walk of the fantastic beach and the excellent facilities at the Praca (pronounced pressa) which include sophisticated bars, restaurants, boutiques, shops and coffee bars all within sight and sound of the sea. The villa has recently been remodelled to make it even more comfortable and welcoming to guests.

Upper floor

The living accommodation is arranged over three floors with the master suite on the upper floor; it has a king-size bed, TV, dressing room and huge en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower stall. It also has doors to a wide balcony overlooking the pool and grounds. Also on this floor is an attractive double bedroom with en suite bathroom and doors to the balcony with views over the pool and grounds. 

Ground floor

On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. Also on the ground floor is the huge fitted country-style kitchen, it has a breakfast table, everything you need for quality holiday catering and doors to the terrace conveniently close to the barbecue. Adjacent is the spacious formal dining room and the large well-furnished lounge with large screen TV with satellite channels. The lounge and dining room have doors to the partially shaded dining terrace, the swimming pool and grounds.

Lower floor

The remaining bedrooms are on the lower floor, there's a twin and a double, each with TV and patio doors to the lower gardens, from this level the drive wraps around the villa and inclines up to the entrance level for the pool and main terrace. These bedrooms share a family bathroom and have a cosy sitting area with a kitchenette, making it ideal for older children or family members who prefer a little more independence. The games room is on this level and has a pool table, table tennis, table football, exercise equipment and large comfy sofas where you can relax waiting for your turn to play. 

Accessed from the living room and dining room by sliding patio doors, the villa has a delightful outdoor living area. It features a traditional charcoal barbecue, shaded areas for dining and relaxing and plenty of loungers to bask in the sun beside the swimming pool, which has integral steps in the shallow end and can be heated for a supplementary charge.
