A superb villa in the central part of the island, just 20 minutes south of Corfu town and from its commanding position high above the sea, you have wonderful views of the south east coastline which are quite spectacular. Within a few minutes drive of the pretty village of Gastouri, which has a number of traditional tavernas and local facilities, the iconic Achilleon Palace and just a few minutes further are the pretty beaches in the now delightful village of Benitses, which has a great selection of cafés and places to eat.

It’s a traditionally-styled villa in a large private garden with lots of exotic planting, with majestic palms, olive trees and surrounding pines to ensure your privacy and I’m sure you’ll love the fantastic infinity swimming pool whose waters seems to blend into the blue Mediterranean sea. Although located in a quiet residential area, you may occasionally hear some distant resort noise from the hotel below between the hours of 7 and 11pm.

Upper floor: Grand staircase to the first floor. Circular master bedroom with king-size bed and doors to a large balcony overlooking the sea , the room is large enough to take an extra single if required for your family. Single bedroom and family bathroom with shower stall, bath with more spectacular sea views and useful washing machine.

Ground floor: Double bedroom and second family bathroom with large walk-in shower stall. Huge well-equipped kitchen with oak cabinets, a tiled worktop and fantastic views from the kitchen sink! Circular dining room and a couple of steps into the spacious living room, with fireplace, TV and infinitely better views through several pairs of French doors to the pool, gardens and surrounding hills. 

There’s a shaded terrace beside the pool where you can linger with relaxed family dining from the barbecue and sunny terrace beside the beautiful swimming pool
