Regular visitors to Pollensa and it’s charming port are very aware of the best places to stay in the area and around the top of most people’s list will be a light and airy property on the pine walk. A delightful pedestrianised promenade that hugs the shore with the beautiful beach on one side, liberally dotted with mature pine trees for shade and colour. On the other side are what once were fisherman’s cottages and boat stores, most of which have been converted into holiday apartments that are perfect for family holidays, all front line beach and with wonderful sea views and across the bay. 

There’s easy access to the beach, it’s just over the prom, and it shelves gently into warm and clear waters where children can play and enjoy the sunshine. With the trees for shade, a few handily placed restaurants for lunch as well as a fun pirate ship themed playground it could be your perfect holiday location too.

Accommodation

Rafael is a cool and chic beachfront apartment with stunning sea views from the living room and terrace, located right on the Pine Walk, bright and comfortable, quality accommodation. All the conveniences you could need packed into a modest space, to ensure a fulfilling holiday; it even has triple glazing so any revelry taking place nearby should not disturb your beauty sleep. 

Bedroom wing

Through a frosted sliding door in the lounge to the sleeping accommodation. Master double bedroom with built-in robes, air con and sliding glass door to the en suite shower room; doors to a small balcony. Two twin bedrooms, each with air con and built-in robes, one has en suite shower room behind a sliding door, the other has an adjacent shower room. Guest toilet. 

Living space

The living space comprises a compact yet well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and utility room with washer and dryer, it even has a HomeBot vacuum cleaner to keep the floors clean. Lovely living and dining room with white sofas, an attractive log burner and TV DVD set up for entertainment. Raise the blinds and take in the stunning views over Pollensa Bay from the terrace, it has a large retractable awning to provide a little shade  comfortable lounge and the “piece de resistance”, doors onto the comfortably furnished terrace with terrific views.

Access to the beach is from the lane at the rear of the property and there’s a very handy bar opposite which also does a range of bar snacks, with lots more choice along the prom and back lanes heading toward the marina.
