There's also a farm shop for quality meat and groceries and another handy cafe. You're within 10 minutes drive of Skipton and the extensive facilities the town has to offer. 

 

With it's own off street parking, and space for two cars, once the gates are closed the grounds are secure for children and pets. The entrance is into the spacious dining room and well- equipped kitchen, there's a full-size oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, all the small appliances you'll need with pretty views over the garden from the kitchen sink listening to the Roberts Radio. 

 

Beside the kitchen and dining room is a spacious and comfortable living room, it has an attractive York stone open fire place, large sofa and two armchairs, there's a door to the rear garden, plus Freeview TV and wifi for entertainment. 

 

Staircase from the kitchen leads up to the first floor and the bedrooms. There's a spacious twin bedroom with plenty of storage and windows over the courtyard and garden. The double bedroom has beautiful oak floorboards, a comfortable bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage and a window with views of the village. Off the landing is the bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and toilet with an attractive mullioned window with views over the garden.

 

Outside there's secure parking in the courtyard with a shed where bikes can be stored and secured. There's a gate through to the private rear garden with table and chairs for afternoon tea or lunch straight from the barbecue and spacious lawns to relax in the open air.

We accept well behaved dogs sleeping in their own dog bed or cage in the kitchen, for the sake of non dog owners, please keep them out of carpeted areas in the lounge and upstairs. There is a vacuum cleaner if your dog sheds a lot of hair.
