The Villa and Location 

Stylish, contemporary, sleek, designer villa for exceptional holidays. Casa da Paz is an exceptional family villa, ultra modern in design, with top of the range features for a cool and clutter free holiday, irrespective of whether or not you want to play golf. It is breathtakingly spacious and a symphony in white, all sexy curves and interesting angles and designed to entertain. 

Bedrooms

All have en suite facilities with marble and monolithic glass screens, cool head boards with strip lights and flexible bedside lights, built-in storage that illuminates when you open the door and beautiful views over the grounds and the pool. 

On the upper floor are two bedrooms; the first suite with king size bed, shower room, walk in closet and doors to a small balcony with views over the pool and golf course, the second suite has twin mattresses, shower room and built-in storage.

On the ground floor is the third suite with twin mattresses, built in storage, bathroom with bath, shower stall, double vanities and a door to the garden. The fourth suite has a double bed, shower room with double vanities and door to the terrace and pool.

Living rooms

One on each floor with designer sofas to give a splash of restrained colour, they both feature curved facades of glass, bifold doors that open the living space to the outside, the balmy air and the vibrant colours of the pool, gardens and the sky. The upper lounge opens to a curved balcony giving glimpse of the pool, it has a suspended hearth and a surprise window! The main lounge downstairs is revealed as you follow the curve of the staircase and has a TV and Sonos music system. 

The kitchen seems to contain only a stainless sink and a large gas hob, on closer inspection you see that everything is out of sight behind sleek white walls that open and illuminate revealing everything you need, there's also a built-in microwave and oven. A large panel swings back to access the utility room (washer, dryer, ironing etc) and the kitchen itself can be hidden behind two huge panels to hide the engine room from the party. Beside the kitchen is the dining room with an elegant table and a frieze of vintage Alentejo tiles. 

Outside

Of course there's a built-in barbecue, beautifully done in white, if only white charcoal was available! There's a partially shaded area beside the villa with a huge dining table seating eight, where you can all enjoy a leisurely lunch looking over the swimming pool. Large free-form pool with steps in the shallow end and a sizeable shallow section makes it fun and accessible for young children. Spacious terrace with adjustable loungers and occasional sitting areas to relax with a book or enjoy a coffee. Set in spacious and beautifully manicured grounds with views over the golf course but secluded from it. 

A slice of the designed style you might expect in Quinta do Lago but at a fraction of the price.
