The Villa and Location

A fantastic family villa, tucked away down a little drive, it feels very private and the burst of colourful flowers is a lovely welcome on arrival. Conveniently located just a stroll from a couple of local restaurants and a mini market, also within easy walking distance of the centre of Carvoeiro which has an enormous choice of shopping, dining and fun in this charming, family-oriented resort. 

Whilst the town beach is within walking distance, you shouldn’t miss out on the visiting some of the other wonderful beaches Carvoeiro has to offer, easily reached by hire car, the majority have spectacular cliffs to the rear and golden sand washed clean by the Atlantic every day. If you’re looking for water sports try Ferragudo beach, facing the port town of Portimao and in its sheltered waters you’ll find a full range of water sports on offer. The fantastic Pestana golf courses are just a short drive away, as well as the tennis centre around the Sesmarias Country Club and the convenient 9-hole course in Vale do Milho is minutes away. As well as the choice of restaurants nearby, it’s only a short walk (albeit a bit steep) into the centre of Carvoeiro down Rampa Mato Serrao.

Accommodation

Two spacious twin bedrooms, each with built-in robes, air conditioning and en suite shower room or bathroom. Master double bedroom on the opposite side of the villa with built-in robes, air con, en suite shower room and doors to the pool terrace. Modern galley-style kitchen with all appliances you’ll need, hatch to the dining area and door to the outdoor utility area with steps up to the private roof terrace. Comfortable and very cosy living and dining room with a wood burner to ensure cosy nights during early and late season and satellite TV.

Sliding glass doors open to the patio that’s nicely with comfortable rattan seating, a shaded dining area beneath an awning, barbecue and steps down to the secluded and enclosed pool and surrounding sun terrace. 

Private swimming pool, 8m x 4m, 1.3m to 2.3m deep with integral steps, can be heated for a supplementary charge of £200 per week.
