The Villa and Location

Anyone who knows Carvoeiro knows the brilliant villas built by Jorge de Lagos, he knew how to get the best holiday property out of every plot and the communities he created were within walking distance of the beach and local facilities. This particular villa is no exception, well located in the Vale Covo area to the east of the resort, it’s been beautifully remodelled whilst retaining lots of the original character, with the addition of a huge new pool and its own putting green, Villa Faria is ready for discerning guests. 

Just down the hill is the stunning Vale Covo beach, it has a swathe of golden sand backed by golden cliffs by the hotel. Just up the road is the Rocha Brava resort, it has a cafe, a family restaurant and supermarket plus a good tennis centre with courts for hire and coaching, if you need it. Whilst it's pool or beach during the day, in the evening everyone enjoys a walk to try a new restaurant or an old favourite, many enjoy the walk into town for a wider choice of amenities and catch the road train or a taxi back up the hill.

Accommodation

All three bedrooms have with twin mattresses on a super-king bed frame meaning they can be made up as a large double or twins for maximum flexibility. There’s a spacious master suite with parquet floor, window over the garden and en suite bathroom with over-bath shower. Guest bedroom also with a window over the garden and the third bedroom has doors to the terrace. All three bedrooms are air conditioned and there’s a large family bathroom with walk-in shower. 

Well-equipped kitchen with built-in appliances, granite worktops and a breakfast table; door to a small enclosed patio/drying area and the washing machine. Stylish and very attractive living space with a large vintage dining table, stylish seating, large TV with UK channels, wood stove and even a computer. Patio doors open to a huge shaded dining terrace with a built-in barbecue close by, but not too close, and views over the enormous swimming pool. Set in beautiful private gardens with its own putting green and steps up to the spacious roof terrace, you can enjoy your sundowners up there with pretty views to the sea over the rooftops. 

Private swimming pool, 12m x 5m, 1m to 2m deep, integral steps, pool can be heated for a supplementary charge of €150 pw. Pre heat outside Jul and Aug €150.
