The Villa and Location

A stunning four bedroom, delux villa nestling in enclosed grounds, designed to impress and it certainly does, with huge proportions both inside as well as in the extensive grounds. It’s very well appointed and air conditioned throughout, well furnished and thoughtfully equipped with all the equipment you could need for your family holiday. It’s also well located, within reasonable walking distance of the centre of Carvoeiro although I’d probably hail a taxi for the short ride back. 

Beaches abound in the Carvoeiro area, with so many to discover why not jump on the local bus, it does a circuit of the best spots around the resort so you can hop on and hop off without worrying about parking. For golfers, there are two 18-hole courses at the Sesmarias Country Club within 10 minutes drive, or try the short but challenging 9-hole course in Vale do Milho just a few minutes away. Whilst there are a couple of eateries nearby, Carvoeiro has an enormous choice where children are always welcome as well as a number of bars for fun evenings out. Mini-markets around the resort with the main supermarkets, Intermarche and Apolonia towards Lago just inland.

Upper floor

Reached by a grand staircase to a gallery landing. Master double bedrooms with built-in robes, seating and TV, there’s a dressing area and en suite bathroom with shower stall, jacuzzi bath and twin his’n’hers sinks. Twin bedroom with built-in robes, en suite bathroom with shower stall and smaller bath than the master. Both these bedrooms have doors to a large terrace, furnished for relaxing with views over the pool, Carvoeiro and to the sea.

Ground floor

Two twin bedrooms, each with built-in robes, en suite shower room and doors to the terrace, gardens and pool. 

There’s a large, very well equipped kitchen with breakfast table and utility room with washer and dryer, guest bathroom and the stylish, comfortable lounge and formal dining room with TV and a wood burning stove for cosy nights in the cooler months in spring and autumn. Sliding doors open to the outdoor living space beside the pool, covered to provide a shady spot for dining and relaxing with views over the pool towards the sea. Large swimming pool that can be heated for a supplementary charge, with steps in the shalllow end. 

Set in a large enclosed plot of around an acre, the villa is surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens with several shaded spots to relax in peace and artificial grass so it’s always green.

Private swimming pool, 12m x 6m, 1m to 2.1m deep with steps in the shallow end. Can be heated for a supplementary charge.
