Villa and Location

This could be a contender for the best villa in Carvoeiro category, a stunning property with lots of high-tech features and wonderful views to the sea, close to Marinha beach. The owner is a bit of a James Bond fan and the villa is nicely themed with each bedroom named after a favourite movie, there’s even a full set of 007 DVDs for you to enjoy, in fact this could easily be mistaken for a Bond villain’s luxury hideaway. As well as being very stylish, it’s beautifully designed, the bedrooms in particular are luxuriously styled. Imposing hilltop location gives commanding views down to the sea, there's even a handy restaurant within 100m and Marinha beach is within 20 minutes walk.

Upper floor

Master suite with king-size bed, air-conditioning, TV, built-in robes, designer chairs and a stylish dressing table. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and two patio doors to the terrace. 

Guest suite with king-size bed, air-conditioning, TV, built-in robes and dressing table. Ensuite wet room with bath and shower, doors out to the terrace which has a huge rattan lounge set with views over the pool, the country and to the sea.

Lower ground

Very spacious and self contained guest accommodation, could be ideal if travelling with staff. There's a twin bedroom with air conditioning, doors to a terrace with nice rural views, en suite shower room, living space featuring a well-equipped kitchenette complete with dishwasher, dining table and comfy lounge with wall-mounted TV. 

Back on the main level, the generous living space features a gorgeous kitchen that’s very well equipped, lounge with oversized L-shaped sofa and huge TV to view those Bond movies. Three sets of double doors open to a shaded area, the roof panels can be rotated to adjust how much sun gets through to the outdoor lounge, the dining area for 12 and the smaller, more intimate dining area for four by the Weber gas grill. 

Large sunny terrace with glass balustrade surrounding the huge infinity pool, there’s a hammock, lots of loungers and steps down to the lower garden with lawns and areas of shade. 

Private swimming pool, 11m x 5m, 1 to 2m deep, steps in the shallow end, can be heated for a supplementary charge of £250 per week.
