The Location

Traditional style and very spacious property with marble floors throughout and extensive terraces that are all quite private yet with views over the verdant surroundings. It's a very comfortable family property in a private location with off street parking behind remote controlled gates. There's relatively easy access to all the nearby facilities. It's just 11 minutes walk into Monte Carvoeiro with its shops and wide selection of restaurants, a further 10 minutes walk from there down into the centre of Carvoeiro with all its attractions and the beach; perhaps it's a good idea to grab a taxi for the ride home after dinner.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Master bedroom with king-size bed, ensuite shower room, built-in robes and a window over the garden. Two guest bedrooms with beds that can be set up as twins or a king-size, built-in robes and each has a window with views over the garden. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Family bathroom with over-bath shower. Guest toilet.

Kitchen

Large entrance hall with three steps down to the bedroom wing. Straight ahead there's a delightful traditional style kitchen with all the mod cons, utility room with washing machine, door and down steps to the pool and sun terrace, a shaded pool side charcoal barbecue with built-in seating.

Living space - inside and out

Two steps up from the hall into a very spacious living and dining room with two, three seater sofas, TV, a substantial wooden dining table and a useful wood burner for out of season stay. Wifi and a selection of traditional games and books to help while away the sun-filled days. Two large patio doors flood the room with light and open onto a partially shaded patio with another dining table. Steps up to a roof terrace with fantastic views over the hills and to the sea, steps down to the to the expansive pool terrace with a shaded area under a sail with a rattan sofa set.
