The Villa and Location

Bedrooms

Family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Triple bedroom with three single beds. Two bedrooms with king-size bed, built-in robes and air-conditioning. Master bedroom with king-size bed, wall mounted TV and picture window with views over the beautiful swimming pool. All the bedrooms have air conditioning, built-in robes and doors to a shaded loggia and the garden. Two family shower rooms, one with a spa bath an da separate toilet. 

Living Space

Main kitchen in country-farmhouse style yet with all the mod cons including a fridge with an integrated wine cooler, door to the garden and a delightful spot for a morning coffee. Adjoining living and formal dining room with air conditioning, large custom sofa and large TV. Patio doors to the gardens and a shaded dining courtyard with a small charcoal barbecue and steps up to the roof terrace with a view of the sea and across the neighbouring villas.

Outdoors

There's a second kitchen handily placed beside the stunning pool and its attendant terraces; as well as the huge pool and the memorable dolphin fountain, there's a shaded spot with loungers, dining area with gas grill, outdoor furnished lounge and a handy shower. There's also lots of parking within the gates with some shade beneath the solar water heating array.

A stunning family villa, maybe a little short on bathrooms but with everything else it offers, I'm sure it's perfect for your family.

Private swimming pool 12m x 8m with built in "wet" loungers and shallow access. Pool can be heated for a supplementary charge of £275 per week.
