The Property and Location

A really cute and attractive, semi-detached villa that’s all on one level, it has a kind of Moorish influence that meets cottage chic head on (in a good way) and it really works. Very spacious, attractive and comfortably furnished, air conditioned throughout and with all the comforts and modern day conveniences we like to have to make our lives easier. It’s also set in beautiful landscaped grounds with views between the villas over the gardens. Highly recommended, it’s perfect! Located close to the tennis academy so ideal for those that play tennis for fun or those wanting to take the game a little more seriously, for everyone else the tennis centre has a relaxed licensed cafe and snack bar open from lunch until late (big screen Sky Sports) and a great Chinese restaurant, so definitely worth having on your doorstep. The beachside centre or Praca is around a 20 minute walk away and has a wide choice of restaurants and bars, shops, boutiques and access to the fabulous sandy beach.

Master bedroom with twin beds, a window overlooking the pool, built in robes and en suite bathroom with over-bath shower. Second bedroom with twin beds, robes and adjacent shower room. Fantastic open-plan living space with a large “white” kitchen from it’s marble worktop to its louvered doors, this opens to the dining area and comfy cottage lounge with Internet TV and (ornamental) fireplace. Patio doors open to a spacious enclosed sun terrace, partially shaded for comfortable dining, with a great barbecue and a cute private pool.

 

Private pool, 6m x 3m, 1.3 to 2.2m deep with ladder for access.
