The Location

Just a few minutes stroll from the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy is this charming townhouse, spacious and comfortable and with air conditioning throughout, it makes a great base for family holidays as well as those wanting to play a little recreational tennis or perhaps take a coaching course. Also withnin reasonable walking distance of the Praça for dining and entertainment facilities and main access to the beach. The villa is a Vale do Lobo club member, guests staying at the property can pay to use the membership card and have use of the circuit bus and the lovely swimming pool, complete with loungers for relaxing in the sun at the tennis academy. The card also gives discounts for entry to the communal pool at the Praça, shops, boutiques, green fees, car and bike hire as well as the cafes, snack bars and restaurants in the resort. 

Upper floor

Spacious double bedroom with built-in robes, twin bedroom with robes and door to a small private balcony. Large family bathroom with twin basins and over-bath shower. Steps up to the roof terrace (not much up there) or down to a half landing with a nice balcony and two loungers. 

Ground floor

Master double bedroom, dressing area and en suite shower room. Attractive lounge with Internet TV and stereo with patio doors at the rear to a small garden. Steps down from the lounge to the dining area and the compact yet well-equipped kitchen that's just been remodelled and there's a utlity room with hoover under the stairs. Outside, there's a nice new terrace by the entrance with a comfortable dining set and barbecue for relaxed outdoor dining.
