The Villa and Location

A really cute and extremely attractive, linked villa that’s all on one level, completely renovated in a modern, designer style that really works. Spacious, welcoming, stylish and comfortably furnished, air conditioned throughout and for the cooler months, there’s underfloor heating. It’s also set in beautiful landscaped grounds with views of the tennis academy. Highly recommended, it’s perfect! Located close to the tennis academy (as we said) so ideal for those that play tennis for fun or those wanting to take the game a little more seriously, for everyone else the tennis centre has a relaxed licensed cafe and snack bar open from lunch until late (big screen Sky Sports) and a great Chinese restaurant, so definitely worth having on your doorstep. The beachside centre or Praca is around a 20 minute walk away and has a wide choice of restaurants and bars, shops, boutiques and access to the fabulous sandy beach. 

Accommodation

All the bedrooms have twin mattresses arranged side by side so very flexible as each can be made up as twin beds or a single super-king. First bedroom is by the entrance, it has built-in robes, patio doors to a small enclosed terrace and adjacent shower room. Master bedroom has a window overlooking the pool, built-in robes and en suite bathroom with bath and shower stall. Second bedroom has built-in robes and en suite shower room. Fantastic open-plan living space with a large ultra modern kitchen with its almost integrated dining table and stylish lounge with Internet TV and striking fireplace. Patio doors open to a spacious enclosed sun terrace and the private pool, partially shaded for comfortable dining, with a great barbecue and a cute private pool.

Private swimming pool, 6m x 3m, 1m to 2m deep with ladder for access, can be heated for an additional charge of £240 a week.
