The Villa and Location

Amazing contemporary villa in a surprisingly amazing location, the satellite map doesn’t prepare you for the stunning sea views made possible from its hillside setting. “Floating” above a decorative water feature, it’s stunning inside too with various levels, open tread staircases and glass balustrades, for this reason we have to caution families with young children, sadly this villa isn’t going to be suitable. Everyone else can enjoy the amazing space, beautiful cabinetry, floor to ceiling glass with fantastiv views and convenient electric blinds, air conditioning on the upper floors and eco friendly underfloor cooling in the lower level. 

Accommodation

On the first floor is the master suite with king-size bed and stunning views over the golf course, the dunes and the sea. It has an en suite bathroom with bath and shower stall and striking striped marble covering the walls and floor. Guest suite with king-size bed and en suite shower room. Doors out to a roof-top terrace with hot tub, built-in comfy seating and amazing views over the coast towards Quarteira. 

From the entrance level there’s access to a mezzanine level with two double bedrooms, each with en suite shower room, suspended above the water feature and pool, one has a unique view over the swimming pool. 

Beautiful, high quality kitchen with built-in Gagenau appliances in sleek, white units, there’s a dining area with a TV and steps down into the “sunken” lounge where I’m sure Bond once confronted his arch nemesis Blofeld. There’s access on this level out to the pool which wraps around the villa and spacious surrounding sun terrace with fantastic views.

On the lower level is a gym and play room with stunning pool table and an arcade-style GT racing set up as well as a sauna, steam room and a cinema room! Also at this level are two further bedrooms, one double and one with a king-size bed, family shower room and a guest toilet.

Private swimming pool, with various pools, water features and steps in the shallow end, can be heated for a supplementary charge of £600 a week.
