The Townhouse and Location

A welcome addition to our range of popular beach townhouses in the sought-after resort of Vale do Lobo. Although we are really all about villas with private pools, we have a strong following of families and couples who forego the private pool for the wonderful Old Village location, where everything is within easy walking distance. Beautifully furnished and decorated with a new kitchen and air conditioning throughout, the property has light coloured floor tiles giving it a bright and very modern look that's in harmony with some of the delightful antique pieces strategically placed to give the best effect.


With lovely views from several balcony vantage points, you're close to the beach path and for the moderately fit, it leads down to the more natural west end of the beach, beyond the sun beds and umbrellas and with great views west along the Algarve coast. You can walk to the Praça (pronounced prassa) within a few minutes and there you'll find a good choice of restaurants and bars to cater for most tastes, arranged around a large square with live entertainment most nights in season. You can also access the beach from here with sun beds and umbrellas for hire. Walking away from the beach it's only a few minutes up the main avenue to the golf club house and Vale do Lobo boutique shopping and spa, and a little further on is the Pingo Doce supermarket that's open daily and also has a popular coffee bar.


Upper floor

Two twin bedrooms, each with air con and built-in robes, one of the bedrooms has doors to an attractive balcony overlooking the green space between the houses. There's a new family shower room and door to the roof terrace with spectacular views over the umbrella pines and roof tops to the sea and along the coast.


Down a couple of steps, there's a door to another balcony, furnished for morning coffee or drinks with a tantalising view of the sea between the houses across the green.


Lower floors

Master double bedroom with air con, small dressing area and en suite shower room. It's accessed from the lounge which is a lovely relaxing space with wall-mounted TV, antique bureau, air con and doors to a shaded rear patio. Down a couple of steps to the newly-fitted kitchen with everything you'll need whatever your style of holiday catering and a nice indoor dining area with glass-top table. There's also an under stairs utility with washing machine.


By the entrance is a south-facing terrace with an attractive tiled table with bench seats, an umbrella when you need shade and space for the portable barbecue. This townhouse is a beauty!
