Location

One of the original villas in the popular community of Dunas Douradas, a community named after the golden sand dunes and wide sandy beaches, which are within easy walking distance, so you can easily forget about the car. At it’s heart, Dunas has an impressive Romanesque pool with pool-side snack bar and licensed restaurant - Xenia. There's a handy shop that sells fresh bread daily and several tennis courts where coaching is available if you’d like some help with your game.

 Down by the beach are several restaurants where you can dine with sand between your toes, Maria’s is the closest and one of the most popular with other choices in both directions. Close by is Vale do Lobo, walk up the hill to the tennis academy where Ken Hom has a Chinese restaurant; many people also walk along the beach to the Praça in Vale do Lobo for more restaurants, bars and evening entertainment.

 The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s an ideal family villa with spacious rooms, lofty ceilings, polished marble flooring and air conditioning throughout. There's access to Dunas cable TV with lots of UK channels and it has a pretty pool set in secluded grounds with shade from majestic umbrella pines, something for everyone! If you're walking to the beach, it's going to take about 10 minutes.

Master suite with king-size bed, built-in mirrored robes, air-conditioning TV and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower store. Double doors to a small terrace with a table and chairs just for two.

Guest wing

Suite with queen-size bed, dressing table, dressing table alcove with mirror, air-conditioning, built-in robes and ensuite shower room. Double doors to a pretty terrace furnished with table and chairs which gives on to the gardens. Twin bedroom with air-conditioning, built-in robes, window over the grounds and ensuite bathroom with over-bath shower. 

Attractive shaker-style kitchen with built-in appliances and all the utilities you'll need during your stay. Utility room at the rear with American-style fridge freezer complete with water dispenser and the washing machine.

Dining area in a large glazed bay with a large glass table, air-conditioning and Bluetooth music player. Broad steps lead down into the huge air-conditioned lounge and with two seating arrangements, one reception area with two sofas and there's a TV area with wood burner and large comfortable, L-shaped sofa.

Doors open out to a shaded dining area with a lovely big table and rattan seats, close to the built-in barbecue nook complete with sink and granite worktop. Beautiful private pool terrace with handy shower, surrounded by lovely gardens with rockery and pines welcome shade. Linking it all is a lush carpet of manicured grass. Steps up to a massive private roof terrace with views to the sea and there is a lovely secluded dining area at the back of the house, accessed from the kitchen.
