Location

Linked villa with private pool in the popular community of Dunas Douradas, a community named after the golden sand dunes and wide sandy beaches, which are within easy walking distance, so you can easily forget about the car. At it’s heart, Dunas has an impressive Romanesque pool with pool-side snack bar and licensed restaurant - Xenia. There's a handy shop that sells fresh bread daily and several tennis courts where coaching is available if you’d like some help with your game. 

Down by the beach are several restaurants where you can dine with sand between your toes, Maria’s is the closest and one of the most popular with other choices in both directions. Close by is Vale do Lobo, walk up the hill to the tennis academy where Ken Hom has a Chinese restaurant; many people also walk along the beach to the Praça in Vale do Lobo for more restaurants, bars and evening entertainment.

The villa is located close to the tennis courts and a stroll from the communal pool in a pedestrian area, it’s an ideal property for couples and familes alike. There's access to Dunas cable TV with lots of UK channels and it has a pretty pool set in walled courtyard and if you're walking to the beach, it's going to take about 10 minutes.

Twin bedroom with wardrobe, air-conditioning, door to the pool terrace and adjacent shower room. Understairs cupboard with safe.

Compact very well equipped kitchen with hatch to a small dining area and a comfortable lounge. It has a three seater sofa and two chairs, TV and DVD player. Doors open to a fantastic, enclosed pool terrace with built-in barbecue, breakfast table and a large shaded dining area under a pergola.

Good size private pool with steps in the shallow end and comfortable loungers for everyone.

Private swimming pool, 6m x 3m, 1 to 2m deep, steps in the shallow end, can be heated for a supplementary charge.
