Location

One of the mid-phase townhouse villas in the popular community of Dunas Douradas, a community named after the nearby golden sand dunes and wide sandy beaches, which are within easy walking distance. This part of Dunas is mid way between the resort centre, back up the hill, the beach and also close to Vale do Lobo tennis centre. At its heart, Dunas has an impressive Romanesque communal pool with pool-side snack bar and licensed restaurant - Xenia. There's a handy shop that sells fresh bread daily and several tennis courts where coaching is available if you’d like some help with your game. 

Down by the beach are several restaurants where you can dine with sand between your toes, Maria’s is the closest and one of the most popular with other choices in both directions. Close by is Vale do Lobo, walk up the hill to the tennis academy where Ken Hom has a Chinese restaurant; many people also walk along the beach to the Praça in Vale do Lobo for more restaurants, bars and evening entertainment.

The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in an elevated position that gives you good views and privacy, it’s an ideal family or for a group of friends; it's comfortable and very well equipped. It features Dunas cable TV with lots of UK channels and it has a pretty pool set in secluded grounds with shade from umbrellas. If you're walking to the beach, the facilities at the centre of the resort or Vale do Lobo tennis academy it's going to take about 10 minutes.

Upper floor

Two twin bedrooms each with air-conditioning, TV, built-in robes and ensuite shower room or bathroom with over-bath shower. Each has double doors to either a balcony with great views or a comfortable raised terrace that can also be accessed from the landing, an ideal spot for morning coffee whilst admiring the views.

Ground floor

Twin bedroom with air-conditioning, TV, built-in robes with safe and ensuite shower room. Double doors open to the pool terrace and you can lie in bed and feel like you're almost beside the pool.

Compact kitchen with granite worktop and serving hatch to the dining and living room. It has a large dining table for six, air-conditioning and a cosy sitting room with cable TV and a handy wood burner for those chilly evenings in early spring and late autumn.

Three sets of double doors open to the terrace that’s really quite secluded because of its elevated position. On the terrace is a big dining table for 8 with an umbrella for shade and a mini Weber barbecue, a sitting area under shade and the pool and surrounding sun terrace with charming terracotta tiles.
