Location

Beautiful attached villa in a great location within Vale do Lobo. It's within easy strolling distance of the golf club house with Spike's bar restaurant, spa treatment centre, bike hire and boutique shops; the beach and Praça with its restaurants, bars and magnificent beach is a further 10 minutes walk. In the other direction is the well stocked supermarket and several restaurants. With high quality accommodation arranged over three floors there is plenty of comfortable and well-furnished space for all the family with outside space on each floor and delightful views over the umbrella pines and rooftops.

Upper floor

Master suite with twin beds on double base, it can be made up as a double or twin, very spacious with lovely views from the terrace but no access down to the pool; it has air-conditioning, built-in robes and ensuite bathroom with shower and bath. Twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and over-bath shower, dressing area, air-con and doors to a balcony.

Ground floor

Pretty twin bedroom with air-con, ensuite shower room, built-in robes and double doors to a raised terrace with steps down to the pool area. 

Lovely white kitchen with built-in appliances and grey worktop, it has all the appliances you need and is well equipped with crocks, glasses and kitchen ware. Open-plan living and dining room with air con and a useful wood burning stove for those cooler evenings in spring and autumn. For entertainment there's IPTV, a little CD player and there's comfortable seating. Doors lead to a small terrace with an informal dining area with views and steps down to the pool. 

Lower floor

Internal steps down to the very useful air conditioned pool room with table football and a useful sink and worktop for when the men are barbecuing. There's also a handy shower and toilet. Two sets of doors open onto the pool terrace, there's a nice dining table for six people, plenty of loungers, and a pool shower as well as a gas grill and worktop. 

Private swimming pool, 6.5m x 5m (max), 1 - 2m deep with broad steps in the shallow end.
