Villa Location

A pretty little detached villa in a good location that's not far from the beach and popular Praça area in Vale do Lobo. Enjoy days at the beach and cool off in the afternoon in your very own plunge pool. For the evenings, there’s a full selection of bars and restaurants to suit families or younger singles and the young at heart in the Praça. 

This villa is also a Vale do Lobo club member so for a fee you can transfer the membership to get access to the circuit bus and enjoy discounted rates on tennis, golf as well as savings in the various restaurants and pools around the resort.

Accommodation

Two twin bedrooms each with built-in robes, air-con and window with views over the gardens. One has an adjacent shower room whilst the other has an adjacent bathroom with over-bath shower. Nice kitchen with marble worktop, all the appliances you need and plenty of crockery and cookware. Rear patio with utility room and quality washing machine. The kitchen also has a serving area cum breakfast bar into the living and dining room. A spacious room with Wi-Fi and TV for entertainment, lots of books and family games. There‘s also a modern style refectory table that's ideal for breakfast and a spiral staircase to a balcony / mezzanine area with a sofa bed and gaming TV.

Sliding doors from the lounge open to a private enclosed courtyard, there's a shaded dining area with a rattan-effect furniture, built-in barbecue, sundeck with loungers and a heatable plunge pool.

Private plunge pool, 5m x 3m and 1.6m deep, with a ladder for access, can be heated for a supplementary charge.

Vale do Lobo Club Member, so you can transfer the membership for a fee and have use of the circuit bus plus discounts on some services and facilities in Vale do Lobo.
