This is a beautifully designed villa, a sparkling gem in one of the most sought-after locations on the whole of Mallorca. It’s in the heart of the old town of Pollensa and looks out over the tiled rooftops to the surrounding wooded hillsides. A private walkway leads to the villa from one of the town’s picturesque narrow streets, just  moments away from pavement cafes, restaurants and vibrant squares. 

Accommodation

Two large and airy bedrooms on the ground level. A twin bedroom and king-size bedroom, each have air con, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes with lots of storage space. The bathroom on this level is truly luxurious with a jacuzzi-style bath and shower. 

A well designed, contemporary kitchen with a range of new appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave. Another door from the kitchen leads directly out to the pool area. There’s a utility room here too with a bathroom and walk-in shower, for showering after a swim.

A few steps up from the pool terrace lead to the beautiful lounge and dining room, with white walls, elegant stone pillars and arches. With comfortable corner sofa and the latest entertainment system; from the huge windows, look down over the pool to the town of Pollensa and the hills beyond. Above the lounge and dining room is a wooden mezzanine, a perfectly relaxed reading area. 

In front of the villa is a beautiful curved pool which is surrounded by stone-paved sun terraces and shaded by tall palms. An olive tree offers more shade and there are delicious pears to eat in the late spring and summer. In a peaceful and private spot around the other side of the villa is a covered terrace with a stone barbecue, a ping-pong table, lots of outdoor furniture and a heated outdoor hot-tub Jacuzzi. This area is a lovely place for al fresco dining throughout the year. 

Can Simone is a beautifully designed villa for a luxurious holiday in the heart of Pollensa’s old town.  Restaurants, cafes, bars and shops are just a short walk away, and beaches are just a 10-minute drive.
